Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed July 14, 2022 found that Dedicated Nursing Associates of Pa. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted May 24, 2022.
